The mission of the Women’s Health Program is to improve the health of women through specialty health care, education and research. The research mission is to improve the health of women through high quality basic science and clinical research. The Center will work towards that mission by facilitating recruitment of volunteers into clinical trials at the UConn Health Center, fostering the development of independent investigators in women’s health issues and disseminating the results of cutting edge research through community education for the public and health professionals.
